Returns & exchanges

We want every piece to earn its place in your rotation. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or an exchange.

How it works

• Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.
• To begin, email mxhemali01@gmail.com with your order number. We'll confirm the return and send you the return address.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll refund your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Made-to-order pieces

Pieces marked as made to order are produced when you order them. Because each one is made to order, made-to-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If something is wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Curated goods

Pieces from our curated shelf are fulfilled by their makers. The same 30-day window applies; if a maker has its own return process, we'll walk you through it.
